President - Sherry Harrison

  • Sherry, a Chicago native, has lived in Tucson for over 25 years working as a paralegal, and ultimately a mortgage loan officer. Shortly after experiencing the FBI Citizens Academy, and hearing about law enforcement being ambushed because of their uniforms, Sherry went back to the FBI and Tucson Police to propose a LIVE radio show created to open the lines of communication between all law enforcement agencies and the communities they serve.

Since 2016, every Saturday morning from 8-9am on KVOI.com AM1030 the Voice radio, we have hosted the Law Matters live show. This provides our listeners the opportunity to speak with, and ask questions of, people they would not typically have access to. Additionally, it gives law enforcement a voice rather than a sound bite. It has been a well-received approach to creating an open dialogue and with sponsorships, we hope to continue. Law Matters also streams live on LawMatters1030.org and KVOI.com. Our podcasts are listed on both those websites as well as iTunes, and Google Play.

Treasurer - Marc Barnes

  • Marc R. Barnes, EA is an enrolled agent and managing partner at Copper Canyon Tax and Accounting Services. Marc has over 20 years of experience in managing payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, and taxation. He started Copper Canyon Tax and Accounting Services to give small business owners the best chance at success and the necessary tools to make the important financial decisions that they are faced with.

    Jeff Rumsley

  • Jeff has been a police officer with the City of Tucson for 25 years. During that time Jeff has worked in patrol, 6 years as a detective and 13 years as a K9 handler/trainer.
