Originally from Chicago Il, Rich began his law enforcement career with the United States Marshals Service there in 1990, transferring to Tucson in 1993. He retired in 2017 as the assistant chief deputy for the Tucson Division. Shortly thereafter, Rich continued in public service, accepting a position with the State of Arizona as chief of security for a state agency. Rich is married and the proud father of two sons.

Conrad Simon is Corrections Officer with Pima County Sheriff’s Department. His current assignment is as the Policy and Procedures Coordinator writing and reviewing policy. Prior to joining the Sheriff’s Department Officer Simon served in the U.S. Navy with assignments as a member of the U.S. Navy’s Ceremonial Guard, was assigned to the Pentagon in Washington, D.C., and served abroad at a NATO facility in the United Kingdom. Officer Simon has been actively involved in the community where ever he has lived and enjoys serving and helping others. He currently attends the University of Arizona working on the completion of a Bachelors of Arts in Law.
